RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICIES
U.S. Customers
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions :-
1/ All returns must have a RMA Number. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt via E-mail at Oak@oaksshop.com and we will issue a RMA number by return E-mail.
2/ Undamaged goods must be returned in original packaging with the RMA number on the parcel, and a copy of our E-mail inside the parcel. Goods must arrive unbroken and in a saleable condition.
3/ All insurance claims for lost or damaged goods in transit will be handled via stated policies of UPS, Fed EX, and USPS.
Refund will be issued when the above conditions have been met.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for undamaged goods . Shipping to and from your location will not be refunded, however you will be refunded the price of the goods minus the restocking fee.
Items bought from this site are automatically insured, (with the notable exception of orders shipped to locations outside the U.S.).
Items bought from our Ebay auctions are not automatically insured.
If an item is damaged or lost in transit, and no insurance was taken; there will be no refund on that item .
Items that are insured and arrived damaged will be replaced or a full refund offered. You may be asked to return the damaged goods, this shipping cost will not be refunded. If asked to return the damaged goods, then no refund or replacement will be sent until the damaged goods are received.
If item is part of a shipment of goods, then refund will be as follows : individual price of the item plus a percentage of the shipping based on the number of items divided into the shipping cost.
Non-U.S. Customers
We are sorry, but due to the cost and complexity involved in the shipment of goods, to overseas customers; all goods are sold ‘AS IS’.
We do offer insurance for loss or breakage in transit, but this is available only on items sent surface parcel or air parcel. It should be noted however that we do pack well.
PLEASE NOTE That those items not sold as NEW are sold AS IS. Unless insured these items are not covered by the above returns policy.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available on Tshirts and tank tops. Exchanges are only available within the USA. We are sorry but due to the complexity of shipping abroad we cannot offer this service to overseas customers.
If you find you need a smaller or larger t-shirt or tank top, we will be happy to exchange it for you.
The procedure for an exchange is as follows :-
1. Send us an email to let us know you wish to make an exchange, letting us know what the new size is.
2. We will respond with an R.M.A. number and we will let you know what the return shipping and handling cost will be.
We accept the following methods of payment :
1/ Via Paypal - All major credits cards
accepted this way plus bank transfer and E-check . Our shopping cart is set to this
secure method of payment.
2/ By mail order - Just send your order with your payment
to the following address, please add a contact phone number or email address, so
if need be we can contact you with any query we might have with your order.

mailing an order with credit card payment to us you will need to include all the

-Your name Exactly as it appears on the Credit Card
- The Full Credit
Card Number
-Validation Code (security number) from the back of the card ( the three
or four digit number above the signature line on the card - it will be the last set
of numbers --- if it is an AmerEx card this number will be on the front of the card,
above and to the right of the CC number)
-What Type of Credit Card: Visa MasterCard,
Discover, AmerEx - and if it is a personal or business card
-Billing address and Phone
number exactly as it appears on your Credit Card billing statement.
